Grimm Escape (Unity)

​

The first game that I made as a group is named Grimm Escape. It is a PC top down action adventure game made in Unity where the player explores around the land talking to the inhabitants while solving puzzles to proceed throughout the game. 

​

The parts that I was in charge of is mainly the talking mechanic of the game. I made the dialogue functions which holds the text dialogue for each NPC as well as the animation for the NPC cut-ins when the dialogue is triggered. Other minor stuff include button prompts and functional UIs such as pause and main menu.

Slime Pewpew (Unity)

The second game that I made as a group was named Slime Pewpew. This game is a mobile first-person shooter game made in Unity. This game is a high score shooter where the player earns points by shooting slimes with the correct corresponding color. The game also features a color mixing system to allow players to mix secondary colors as well. 

​

For this game the main parts I was in charge of making was the power-up pickups and effects, color mixing system and the lightings in the game level.

Doll's Escape (Unreal Engine 4)

​

The third game that I made as a group for my FYP is named Doll's Escape. This game is a 3D, side scrolling platformer, thriller game which you play as a doll trying to escape a haunted orphanage. The game mostly involves exploring around while trying to find ways to proceed to the next level without dying. 

​

The main parts I was in charge in for this project are the particle systems such as rains and drips, lightning and thunder effects, interacting with objects such as papers for information and lastly UI related such as pause systems and volume controls.
